3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and effective partnership, clients must adhere to the following responsibilities:

Inform the service provider of any changes in waste generation patterns.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered is subject to the following terms:

Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 30 days of receipt.
Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the invoice.
Service Provider reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
All payments should be made through the specified payment methods outlined in the invoice.

5. Liability and Indemnity

Commercial Waste Southfields strives to provide reliable services but cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters affecting service delivery.
Third-party actions that interfere with waste collection and disposal.
Client’s failure to comply with their responsibilities as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client’s use of the services.

6. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

Upon providing 30 days written notice.
Immediate termination in cases of breach of terms by the client.
Mutual agreement to terminate the services.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled within 15 days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commercial Waste Southfields operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days prior to implementation.

New terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

14. Assignment

Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

15. Waiver

Failure by the Service Provider to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of those rights.
